As a new and exciting development coming to Langley, Hurricane Court provides a wealth of opportunity both for those looking to invest and for young professionals looking to rent. The space’s simple architectural geometry allowed us to create the first-ever courtyard scheme in Langley itself. It meant that we could design a landmark communal area by simply adding a linking block at the rear of the building, making Hurricane Court’s jewel in the crown: its ‘residents only’ enclosure.

By placing this feature inside a gated residential space, we created the perfect microcosm – a community within the already idyllic community of Langley. To breathe new life into this modern, iconic building we also added a new floor and new roof design, delivering Langley’s first residential private balcony terraces.
